Colliers added two commercial real estate brokers to its New York City office.

John Albal joined as a senior associate in the Manhattan office, focusing on tenant representation and office leasing. He spent seven and a half years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised C-suite executives on leasing opportunities and real estate strategies.

Joseph Hentze Jr. joined as a vice president handling industrial leasing across the five boroughs. He was a director at C&W for nearly six years, advising both tenants and landlords on industrial deals in Manhattan and the outer boroughs.

"John and Joseph bring valuable experience, strong client relationships and a deep understanding of the New York market to our team," John Gallagher, executive managing director at Colliers in New York, said in a statement. "As companies continue to reassess their needs and make more strategic decisions about their real estate, having experienced advisers who can navigate an evolving market is more important than ever."
