Bright MLS has activated its live integration with Ocusell's listing network. Brokers and agents working across multiple MLSs in the Mid-Atlantic can now enter and edit listings once, then syndicate them into Bright and other participating MLSs without re-keying data.
The launch marks the first major product milestone from the joint venture Bright and Ocusell formed in 2025. The companies co-developed OneList, a listing input platform built on the Ocusell Network.
Under the integration, brokers and agents create and modify listings in Ocusell, where data is validated against MLS rules. That compliance-checked data then pushes directly into Bright and other destination MLSs. Each MLS retains its existing rules, data structures and subscriber entitlements.
"We entered into this joint venture to remove friction from the daily work of our brokers and agents," said Bright MLS President and CEO Brian Donnellan. "Our role as an MLS is to adapt to how real estate pros operate and to help them succeed."
Ocusell says it is already live across 30 MLSs. According to Ocusell, its infrastructure can cut listing creation time by up to 75% and prevent more than 85% of compliance errors. The forthcoming OneList interface will include real-time AI-driven compliance and Fair Housing screening, intelligent media management with automated photo tagging, and integrated listing promotion.
For brokers and agents, the integration targets staff time and compliance risk tied to re-keying listing data into separate systems. For multi-market firms, centralized entry could streamline operations and tighten compliance controls.
The integration is live now for active Bright MLS brokerages managing listings across multiple markets.
