Kylie Jenner pulled her seven-bedroom Holmby Hills mansion off the market after months of listing. She had listed the property on December 22 at $38 million, then cut the price by $10 million before removing it from sale on June 24.
Jenner purchased the 15,320-square-foot concrete home for $36.5 million in 2020. The listing agent was Ginger Glass of Compass. The property features 9.5 bathrooms, a resort-style pool, a pickleball court, a basketball court, a dedicated gym structure, a home theater, a pool cabana, a game room, and an outdoor projection screen. Twelve-foot-tall gates at the entrance emphasize privacy and safety.
A source close to Jenner told Realtor.com the property would return to the market, though it has now been removed entirely.
Jenner previously sold her Hidden Hills mansion for $15.3 million after listing it for $20.25 million. She had purchased that property for $12.05 million in late 2016. She also spent over five years building an 18,000-square-foot estate on a $15 million Hidden Hills land purchase from 2020. That project was nearly completed as of June 2025, according to planning applications. The new home will include a 12-car garage, a guesthouse, a sport court, a security office, and a swimming pool.
