Capstone Equities refinanced Franklin Avenue Plaza, a four-building office complex in Garden City, Long Island, with a $43 million loan from Goldman Sachs. The debt came as part of a CMBS securitization. Newmark brokers Daniel Fromm, Ryan Bub, and Stavros Giannakopoulos arranged the deal.
Franklin Avenue Plaza spans 488,835 square feet across four buildings located at 1205–1325 Franklin Avenue. Each building reaches no more than five stories. The complex opened around 1979.
The new Goldman Sachs loan replaces prior financing from Argentic that Capstone used to acquire the property in 2025.
