Heisman, the college football awards organization, signed a 10-year lease for 5,000 square feet on the 13th floor of Silverstein Properties' 120 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. Heisman will move into the space in 2027, relocating from 111 Broadway nearby.

Silverstein did not disclose the asking rent, though the average asking rent for Lower Manhattan office space reached $62.40 per square foot in the third quarter of 2026, according to CBRE.

The lease includes a unique provision. Silverstein negotiated that Heisman place a Heisman Trophy in the building's lobby and on the 10th-floor amenity center.

Heisman CEO Jeff Price said in a statement, "The modern space and world-class amenities will create an outstanding environment for our team while also giving college football fans the chance to experience the legendary Heisman Trophy up close."

Joe Artusa of Silverstein Properties and Erik Harris of Newmark represented the landlord. Michael Norris of Cushman & Wakefield represented Heisman.

Other tenants at 120 Broadway, a 1915-constructed landmarked building, include cybersecurity company Adaptive Security and subscription service BarkBox.
